Section 64V-1.019 - Disposition of Fetal Demise

A Notification of Disposition of Fetal Demise, DH Form 1966, Oct. 2003, incorporated by reference and available at http://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-06487, shall be issued to a mother by a health care practitioner in custody of fetal remains following a spontaneous fetal demise occuring after a gestation period of less than 20 completed weeks.
