Section 64F-3.003 - Healthy Start Prenatal and Infant Health Care Coalition Responsibility

Healthy Start Prenatal and Infant Health Care Coalitions are responsible for establishing and overseeing the Healthy Start care coordination system outlined in Rule 64F-3.004, F.A.C., when there is a local Healthy Start Prenatal and Infant Care Service Delivery Plan approved by the department. The Coalition also has the responsibility to assure the requirements of this Rule Chapter, 64F-3, F.A.C., are incorporated into the Coalition's service delivery plan.
