Section 64C-3.001 - Reimbursement for CMS Network Services(1) CMS Network Health Care (Physician and Non-Physician) providers must accept the CMS Network payment as payment in full.(2) Participants shall not be additionally billed a co-payment, a deductible, or other fee for covered services when the CMS Network is the primary payer.Fla.
