In the event the course titles which appear on the applicant's transcript do not clearly identify the content of the coursework, the applicant shall be required to provide additional documentation in the form of:
(1) A course syllabus, or(2) A catalog description published for the course during the term the course was taken.(3) If neither subsection (1) or (2), above, is deemed adequate by the Board or its designee, the applicant must furnish an official statement on university letterhead from the college or university dean or the academic department chairperson verifying the course contents.Fla.
