Section 64B4-10.004 - Sexual Misconduct Not Involving Client Contact(1) It is sexual misconduct for a supervisor to engage a supervisee in sexual behavior as defined in Rule 64B4-10.002, F.A.C., during the period a supervisory relationship exists.(2) It is sexual misconduct for a psychotherapist to engage in sexual behavior as defined in Rule 64B4-10.002, F.A.C., with any immediate family member or guardian of a client during the period of time psychotherapeutic services are being provided to the client.(3) "Immediate family" shall be defined as spouse, child, parents, parents-in-laws, siblings, grandchild, grandparents, and other household members.Fla.
