Section 64B3-8.004 - Renewal of Clinical Laboratory Personnel Continuing Education Provider License(1) The provider shall submit a renewal application with CE Broker through CEbroker.com, and pay the appropriate renewal fee directly to CE Broker.(2) The provider shall indicate any changes in the contact person and course offerings.Fla.
