Section 64B16-25.170 - Probable Cause Panel(1) The determination as to whether probable cause exists to believe that a violation of Chapter 456, Part II, 465, 499 or 893, F.S., or of the rules promulgated thereunder, has occurred shall be made by the probable cause panel. The panel shall meet as necessary.(2) The probable cause panel shall be composed of two (2) persons, either current or former board members appointed by the chairman of the Board. One appointee must be a current board member. The panel must include a former or current board member who is a licensed pharmacist. An appointee may be a former board member.Fla. Admin. Code Ann.
