Section 62-819.007 - Appraisal ProceduresAppraisal services shall be obtained through the Department in accordance with the procedures and requirements provided in Chapter 18-1, F.A.C., except as follows:
(1) The party responsible for Acquisition activities shall contract with the Approved Appraiser(s) according to contract requirements of the Recipient or the Trust, whichever is responsible for Acquisition activities.(2) The party responsible for Acquisition activities shall obtain at least one Appraisal for each ownership in a Project Site estimated to be valued less than $1,000,000.00. For each ownership in a Project Site estimated to be valued at or greater than $1,000,000.00, the party responsible for Acquisition activities shall obtain at least two Appraisals.Fla. Admin.
