Section 62-610.613 - Monitoring of Effluent and Ground Water(1) Preapplication waste treatment limitations shall be met after disinfection and before discharge to holding ponds or to the overland flow system.(2) Final effluent monitoring shall be accomplished after the overland flow system and any additional treatment or disinfection and before release to the environment.(3) Ground water monitoring requirements, if any, shall be established pursuant to Rule 62-610.412, F.A.C.Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 62-610.613
