Section 62-304.726 - Pompano Canal TMDL(1) Pompano Canal. The TMDL for the Pompano Canal is 11, 590.98 pounds per year (lbs/yr) of TN and 923.66 pounds per year (lbs/yr) of TP, and is allocated as follows:(2) There are no permitted NPDES wastewater discharges to the Pompano Canal. As such, the WLA for wastewater discharges is not applicable;(3) The WLA for discharges subject to the Department's NPDES MS4 Permitting Program is a 15.8% reduction of current anthropogenic TN loading and a 13.6% reduction of current anthropogenic TP loading, based on measured concentrations from the 1999 to 2002 time period; and(4) The LA for nonpoint sources is a 15.8% reduction of current anthropogenic TN loading and a 13.6% reduction of current anthropogenic TP loading based, on measured concentrations from the 1999 to 2002 time period.Fla.
