Section 62-17.205 - Postcertification Amendments or Clarifications(1) Amendments. Any postcertification amendments to an application must include appropriate revisions to the application text, figures, and photographs, to reflect the changes. Such post-certification amendments shall be processed in accordance with Section 403.5113, F.S. The Department shall perform a review for completeness of information, including a review of whether there is sufficient information in order to make a determination on the post-certification amendment.(2) Clarifications. For certified sites which have other units or facilities that, due to their size, age, or other factors, were not constructed under the provisions of the Power Plant Siting Act, the licensee shall submit within 12 months after receipt of written notice from the department detailed site plans which delineate those specific parts of the plant and site that are to be evaluated for compliance purposes under certification and those specific parts that will continue under the original permits. However, if such information has been previously submitted in conjunction with a modification which has occurred within the preceding two years, then this provision shall not apply.Fla. Admin.
