Section 61N-2.029 - Application for Change of Mailing Address

A current permitholder wishing to change their mailing address shall submit a complete application to the department on Form DBPR-DDC-238, Application for Change of Mailing Address, effective January 2018, incorporated herein by reference, http://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-09238.
