Section 61K1-3.0165 - Weigh-In(1) If, at the time of the official weigh-in, the weight of any participant in a match fails to meet the weight parameters of the rules set forth herein, the participant shall have 1 additional hour to meet such weight parameters.(2) A participant is not permitted to lose more than 3 percent of the initial body weight as recorded by the commission during the one additional hour established in subsection (1), above.(3) At the time of weigh-in, each participant in a match shall be required to obtain from or provide to the executive director or his or her designee for inspection a federal identification card issued by the Association of Boxing Commissions (ABC). Participants shall not be allowed to participate without providing the federal identification card.Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 61K1-3.0165
