Section 61G7-2.0011 - Attendance of Meetings by Board MembersUnexcused absences of a Board member are absences not due to the following situations:
(1) Medical problems of a Board member or a Board member's family including but not limited to illness, surgery, emergency care and/or hospitalization.(2) Death of a family member and/or attendance at the family member's funeral.(3) Any conflict, extraordinary circumstance or event approved by the Chairman of the Board.Fla.
