Section 61G19-11.001 - Probable Cause Panel(1) The determination whether probable cause exists to believe that a violation of Part XII, Chapter 468 or 455, F.S., has occurred, shall be made by a majority vote of the probable cause panel.(2) The probable cause panel shall be appointed by the Chair of the Board, and shall consist of at least two members. One member shall be a consumer member, if available and willing to serve, and one member may be a former member of the Board.(3) The Board reserves to its probable cause panel the sole authority to find probable cause for the purpose of authorizing the filing of an administrative complaint.Fla.
