Section 61G10-18.005 - Duration of Provider Status

(1) Continuing education providers are approved only for the period during which they apply or for which they have been renewed by the Board. Continuing education providers expire on May 31st of every other odd-numbered year, beginning May 31, 2019.

(2) If the Board denies the initial application, the Board will issue a Notice of Intent to Deny.
