Section 61E14-1.002 - Examination for Manager's License(1) An examination candidate must achieve a scaled score of 75 or higher in order to achieve a passing grade on the examination.(2) The examination for a community association manager's license as approved by the Council must test the applicant's knowledge of the subjects in subsection 61E14-1.001(2), F.A.C., with the corresponding approximate percentages of questions to the examination as a whole.Fla.
