Section 61B-45.0365 - Non-Final Orders(1) The presiding arbitrator before whom a case is pending may issue any orders necessary to effectuate discovery, to prevent delay, and to promote the just, speedy, and inexpensive determination of all aspects of the case.(2) When a case is placed in abeyance or abated by a non-final order, no filing fee is necessary to reopen the case or otherwise proceed with the matter.Fla.
