Section 60Y-5.009 - Arbitration(1) After the filing of a complaint, the complainant and respondent may agree to submit the issues raised by the complaint or by a determination of reasonable cause to binding arbitration. The agreement to submit to arbitration shall be in writing and shall specify the procedure and law which will govern the arbitration proceeding. An executed copy of the agreement shall be filed with the Clerk.(2) Unless otherwise provided in the agreement to submit to arbitration, the Executive Director may dismiss the complaint which is the subject of the agreement upon the filing of the agreement as provided in subsection (1).Fla.
