Section 6A-14.002 - Definitions(1) College personnel or employees means people employed by a community college district board of trustees. (a) Administrative personnel means employees in positions designated by the board of trustees as administrative according to Community College Management Information System reporting requirements.(b) Instructional personnel means employees in positions designated by the board of trustees as instructional according to Community College Management Information System reporting requirements.(c) Other personnel means employees other than those in paragraphs (1)(a) and (b) herein, and employees of other boards and agencies who have been assigned by their employers to serve the board of trustees.(2) Commissioner means the Commissioner of Education.(3) Chancellor means the Chancellor of the Division of Community Colleges.(4) President means the president of a community college.(5) College means a public educational institution operated by a community college district board of trustees and defined in Sections 1000.04, 1000.21, 1012.01 and 1004.65, F.S.Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 6A-14.002
