Section 5O-5.001 - Definitions

For the purposes of this rule chapter, the definitions in Section RSA 377.602, F.S., and the following shall apply:

(1) "Department" means the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services

(2) "Electric Utility" shall have the same meaning as defined in Rule RSA 25-22.070, F.A.C., effective 11/10/1997, hereby incorporated by reference and available online at https://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-14594. The incorporated material is also available from the Department at 407 South Calhoun Street, Tallahassee, FL 32399.

(3) "Renewable Energy" shall have the same meaning as defined in Section RSA 366.91, F.S.
