Section 5J-17.086 - Appointment to the Board

Persons wishing to apply for appointment to serve as a member of the Board of Professional Surveyors and Mappers must complete "Board of Professional Surveyors and Mappers Appointment Questionnaire" FDACS-10059, Rev. 11/22, hereby incorporated by reference.
