Section 5J-17.083 - Probation(1) A licensee on probation shall: (a) Timely pay any fine imposed;(b) Timely attend and submit proof of attendance at any continuing education course or program required by the terms of the probation;(c) Timely submit required surveys for review by the Probation Committee of the Board;(d) Attend the Probation Committee meetings where the surveys are reviewed;(2) A probationer's failure to comply with probation, or a probationer's failure to comply with probation on time, shall result in the case being referred to the Department for non-compliance with a final order of the Board and further disciplinary action.Fla.
