Section 40E-7.539 - Penalties(1) Pursuant to Section 373.609, F.S., it shall be the duty of every state and county attorney, sheriff, police officer, and the appropriate city and county official to assist the District, and their agents, in the enforcement of the provisions of this rule.(2) Any person who violates any provision of this rule is subject to eviction from the premises and/or arrest and prosecution for a second-degree misdemeanor, punishable as provided in Section 775.082 or 775.083, F.S.(3) The penalties identified in these rules do not supersede other remedies available to the District at law and/or in equity.Fla.
