Section 40E-63.312 - Transfer of Master Permit(1) The master permit granted by this rule may be transferred to another entity.(2) To transfer the master permit, the proposed transferee must submit a written request to transfer the master permit. This request shall be submitted to the South Florida Water Management District, Surface Water Management Division, 3301 Gun Club Road, West Palm Beach, Florida 33406, Attention: Everglades Regulation Department.(3) The District will approve the request to transfer provided the transferee provided reasonable assurances that the permit conditions listed in Rule 40E-63.310, F.A.C., will continue to be met.Fla.
