The following permit application processing fees shall be paid to the District at the time the following actions on Master Permits are filed.
(1) For new applications for a Master Permit: a minimum fee of $1,880, plus $1.50 per acre for each acre above 320 acres in size, with a total maximum fee of $750,000.(2) For renewals (with or without modifications) to existing Master Permits: a fee of $1,680, plus $0.25 per acre for each acre above 320, with a total maximum fee of $150,000.(3) For a Modification of an existing Master Permit: a fee of $1880.(4) For a Letter Modification of an existing Master Permit: a fee of $500.(5) For Administrative Information Updates to an existing Master Permit: No Fee.(6) For Transfers of existing Master Permits: a fee of $500.(7) An application shall not be considered complete until the appropriate application fee is submitted. These fees are assessed in order to defray the cost of evaluating, processing, monitoring, and inspecting for compliance required in connection with consideration of such applications.
