Section 40E-41.260 - Content of Application(1) All projects located within the C-51 Basin which require a permit from the District shall submit detailed plans showing the existing topography and proposed finished grading and detailed design calculations which demonstrate the proposed project's effect on net storage from the Basin for events up to and including the 100 year frequency event.(2) In addition all projects in the C-51 Basin which require permits pursuant to Chapter 62-330, F.A.C., shall submit the information specified by Rule 62-330.060, F.A.C., and all projects located in the C-51 Basin which require a permit pursuant to Rule 40E-6.041, F.A.C., shall submit the information required under Rule 40E-6.101, F.A.C.Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 40E-41.260
