Section 40E-3.600 - Scope of Part III(1) This part grants a general permit for certain specified well construction, repair, or abandonment activities which have been determined by the District to exist in unique geographic areas.(2) The construction, repair, or abandonment of wells in accordance with Rule 40E-3.601, F.A.C., is authorized subject to the requirements of Part III of this chapter.Fla.
