Section 40B-3.341 - Suspension and Revocation of Permits

The District shall suspend or revoke a permit to construct, repair, or abandon a well by written notices to the permittee under any of the following circumstances:

(1) Material misstatement or misrepresentation in the application for a permit;

(2) Failure to comply with the provisions set forth in the permit;

(3) Violation of any provisions of these rules or Part III of Chapter 373, F.S.; or

(4) If construction, repair, or abandonment of the well as permitted would be harmful to the water resources.
