Section 40A-44.091 - Processing of Permits(1) Individual surface water construction permits and general surface water management permits shall be processed according to the provisions of chapter 40A-1, F.A.C., and require approval by the Executive Director or his/her designee.(2) General surface water management permits for projects other than impoundments constructed in waters in the State shall be processed in accordance with all applicable provisions of Chapter 40A-1, F.A.C., and shall be issued by the Executive Director or Executive Director's designee after the submitted application is determined to be complete and meets the requirements of this chapter.(3) Permit application notices shall be processed in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A-1, F.A.C., and Sections 373.116 and 373.413(3), F.S.Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 40A-44.091
