Section 29F-3.104 - Costs(1) The RPC shall be compensated for situation assessments, facilitation of settlement meetings, mediation, technical assistance and other staff services based on reasonable actual costs. Outside professional neutrals shall be compensated at their standard rate or as negotiated by the parties.(2) The costs of administration, settlement meetings, mediation or advisory arbitration shall be split equally between the parties unless the parties mutually agree to a different allocation.
