Section 29D-6.009 - Situation Assessment(1) A jurisdiction, organization, group, or individual may request that the RPC staff or other neutral party perform a situation assessment at any time, before or after initiation of the process.(2) The situation assessment may involve examination of documents, interviews and/or assessement meetings, and shall recommend issues to be addressed, parties that may participate, appropriate resolution procedures and a proposed schedule.(3) The situation assessment is intended to examine the nature of the dispute; identify affected and potential parties; and assist the parties to evaluate appropriate dispute resolution procedures.(4) The situation assessment shall be performed by Council staff, unless the Council is a named party. In those cases where the Council is a named party, the situation assessment will be performed by a neutral agreeable to all the named parties.Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 29D-6.009
