Section 28-43.005 - Executive Office of the Governor Procedures Upon Receipt of an Appeal(1) Receipt. Upon receipt of an appeal, the case will be assigned to staff in the Executive Office of the Governor.(2) Transmittal of Appeal Petition to Board or Commission. After serving the petition on the board or commission, the Sheriff shall submit Form AC-SBA 002, Certificate of Service, to the Secretary of the Administration Commission. Form AC-SBA 002 is hereby incorporated by reference, and available at http://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-13343. Copies of the form are available by contacting the Clerk of the Administration Commission at Office of the Governor, Room 1802, The Capitol, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-0001. The effective date of this form is 09/2021.(3) Upon receipt of a response or when the time for filing a response has expired, the Secretary of the Administration Commission shall send to the Sheriff and the board or commission an electronic acknowledgment of receipt of the appeal and shall provide contact information for the assigned staff.Fla.
