Rule 9-907 - MOTOR FUEL SOLD TO THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT OR GOVERNMENTS AND AGENCIES OF FOREIGN COUNTRIES

The provisions of § 807 of Chapter 8 of this title shall apply to sales of motor fuel under this chapter.

907.2

The provisions of § 808 of Chapter 8 of this title shall apply to sales of motor fuel under this chapter.
