Rule 9-1016 - SALES OF CIGARETTES OTHER THAN IN ORIGINAL PACKAGES

1016.1

Cigarettes may not be sold in numbers less than the number contained in the original package.

1016.2

The sale of loose cigarettes from opened or original packages is prohibited.
