A separate license shall be required for each location where cigarettes are sold.
If the only cigarettes sold or offered for sale in a retail establishment are from a licensed cigarette vending machine, the retail establishment is not required to have a retailer's license.
A retailer's license shall not authorize the licensee to sell to other licensees for resale.
The licensee shall be displayed in the retail establishment at or near the place where cigarettes are sold.
