Rule 8-B2204 - PERSONAL PROPERTY ACQUIRED UNDER LEASE CONTRACTS

2204.1

The University shall enter into lease agreements and arrangements for personal property when advantageous to the institution.

2204.3

The University may enter into lease purchase agreements for personal property.
