It shall be the responsibility of each faculty member to compile and submit all available documents to be considered in the evaluation and to submit these documents to the appropriate department evaluation committee in accordance with established procedures and timetables.
A faculty member shall have the right to review all material related to his or her evaluation at any point in the evaluation process.
