Rule 7-508 - REPORTING

508.1

The Director shall establish reporting systems, which shall include the following:

(a) The data on the criteria for determining the eligibility of youth;

(b) The method used in selection of participants;

(c) The job skills acquired; and

(d) The placement objectives achieved for assessment of participants.

508.2

Employers shall be required to cooperate in the reporting activity of § 508.1.
