Rule 7-270 - JUDICIAL REVIEW

270.1

Any party adversely affected by a final decision of the Compensation Order Review Board may file an appeal thereof with the District of Columbia Court of Appeals within the time prescribed by the Rules of the Court.

270.2

A request for reconsideration of a Decision and Order pursuant to section 268 does not stay the running of the period for filing an appeal with the D.C. Court of Appeals.
