Rule 7-260 - STAYS OF COMPENSATION

260.1

The filing of an Application for Review shall not stay the effectiveness of a compensation order nor the payment of any amount ordered by it pending review by the Board.

260.2

Upon application by the employer the Board may stay a compensation order.

260.3

The Board shall only stay a compensation order on the grounds that the employer would suffer irreparable injury by complying with it.
