Rule 7-1002 - AMOUNT OF LIVING WAGE
1002.1

The amount of the living wage shall be eleven dollars and seventy-five cents ($11.75) per hour, regardless of whether health benefits are provided.

1002.2

The amount of the living wage shall be adjusted pursuant to section 103(c) of the Act (D.C. Official Code § 2-220.03(c) ).
