All agreements shall be written and in compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and procedures of the Office of the Mayor, the City Administrator, the Contract Review Committee, the Office of Budget and Resource Management, the Office of Financial Management, and the Department of General Services, as appropriate.
The signature of each appropriate authority shall be affixed to all agreements.
