Rule 6-B2419 - EFFECTIVE DATE OF RETENTION STANDING2419.1The retention standing of each employee released from his or her competitive level shall be determined as of the date of release.
2419.2When the personnel authority discovers an error in the determination of an employee's retention standing, it shall correct the error and adjust any erroneous reduction-in-force action in accordance with the employee's true retention standing as of the effective date established under this section.
