Rule 6-A411 - DUTIES OF SEX OFFENDERS TO UPDATE INFORMATION
411.1

Each sex offender shall report to the Agency, in the time and manner specified by the Agency, changes in registration information, including changes in address or place of work or school attendance, and changes in the make, model, color, or license plate number of any motor vehicle(s) the sex offender owns.

411.2

Each sex offender shall report to the Agency, in the time and manner specified by the Agency, if the sex offender is moving to another state, or works or attends school in another state, and shall register in any such state.

411.3

Each sex offender shall report to the Agency, in the time and manner specified by the Agency, if the sex offender's physical appearance changes significantly, and appear for an updated photograph as directed by the Agency.
