Rule 6-A2110 - DISMISSAL OF COMPLAINTS

2110.1

A complaint may be dismissed on the following grounds:

(a) The complaint is deemed to lack merit;

(b) The complainant refuses to cooperate with the investigation; or

(c) The complainant willfully fails to participate in good faith in the mediation process.

2110.2

A complaint may be dismissed upon the concurrence of one (1) member of the Board.
