Rule 5-A3114 - AVAILABILITY OF RESOURCES3114.1In accordance with 34 C.F.R. § 303.207, the Lead Agency shall provide services to children in all geographic areas within the District of Columbia and require that all provider contracts include a provision that EIS providers must serve children from all geographic areas within the District of Columbia.
