Rule 5-A2807 - RESOURCES AND MATERIALS
2807.1

A nonpublic special education school or program shall provide the facilities, textbooks, equipment, technology, materials, and supplies needed to provide the special education and related services specified by the IEPs of its enrolled students.

2807.2

A nonpublic special education school or program shall provide all resources and materials required to accommodate students with disabilities in obtaining, as specified in their IEPs, a diploma, GED, or alternative certificate of completion.

2807.3

A nonpublic special education school or program that does not meet the necessary resources and materials requirements shall not be eligible to apply for a certificate of approval.
