When an investigation and fact-finding conference have been completed, the investigator shall, within thirty (30) days of the conference, write a final report of all fact-findings to date and recommend a final determination of probable cause or no probable cause. OGC will review the case file and report for legal sufficiency to determine if further investigation is necessary.
