Rule 4-504 - EMPLOYMENT TESTING
504.1

The Office and the Commission adopt and incorporate by reference the Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection Procedures adopted by the EEOC and published at 29 CFR § 1607.

504.2

Any testing for disability shall be done in accordance with § 513.
